Millennium International Consulting is a lead advisor to the Iraqi private sector and
Government on accounting and auditing reform. MIC is a subcontractor to the Louis Berger
Group under the USAID funded Iraq Economic Growth and Employment Generation II contract.
MIC is providing advice to private sector accounting and auditing associations to develop
international accounting and auditing standards and also to major Iraqi Universities to
develop new curriculum on these topics. Over a 1000 accountants and auditors have been
trained since early 2005.
